Whether you're visiting for better mood, energy, sleep, skin... for weight or pain management, or even something more specific, you can look forward to feeling DEEPLY relaxed and recharged by the end of your session (leaving with an unmistakable full-body glow)!

This 3 hour session includes:

• Organic herbal tea and relaxing grounding ritual upon arrival.
• 3 x 20 minute sessions of either: salt therapy, massage chair, red light therapy or PEMF.
• 1.5 hours of unlimited private access to our Hypervibe, infrared sauna, cedar cold plunge, outdoor shower and light refreshments. 

Each of the therapies will be discussed on the day of your session and you will be guided to choose the most appropriate for your current condition.

Our current clinic days are Friday-Monday. You will be directed to a booking page to schedule your appointment AFTER you have purchased your session, however to check our availability in advance, you can click HERE. 

All further information, including the address and what to expect during your session, will be provided shortly after purchase.

**IMPORTANT:

Some therapies are not suitable if you have epilepsy or any medical implants (cardiac pacemaker / defibrillator, deep brain stimulator, gastric stimulator, insulin pump, foot drop implant, cochlear implant etc).

If you have any of the following, you may need doctors clearance prior to booking:

- Taking multiple prescription medications
- Suffering with severe chronic health condition(s)
- Have a diagnosed cardiovascular / heart condition
- Hyperthyroidism
- Pregnant
