Our Winter Wellness package is specifically designed to build robust immunity through the cooler months, with some of the most powerful scientifically-proven therapies available.

This 2 hour session, includes:

• Herbal tea upon arrival
• 20 minutes of salt therapy
• 20 minutes of red light therapy
• Your choice of Hypervibe or cold plunge
• 40 minute Infra-red sauna program (your choice of detoxification, relaxation, anti-ageing, weight loss, muscle recovery)
• Outdoor shower
• Remineralising electrolyte shot

Each of these therapies will be discussed on the day of your session.

Our current clinic days are Sunday and Monday. After purchasing your session, you will be directed to a booking page to select your preferred session time. 

All further information, including the address and what to expect during your session, will be provided shortly after purchase.

**IMPORTANT:

Some therapies are not suitable if you have epilepsy or any medical implants (cardiac pacemaker / defibrillator, deep brain stimulator, gastric stimulator, insulin pump, foot drop implant, cochlear implant etc).

If you have any of the following, you may need doctors clearance prior to booking:

- Taking multiple prescription medications
- Suffering with severe chronic health condition(s)
- Have a diagnosed cardiovascular / heart condition
- Hyperthyroidism
- Pregnant
