Our Deluxe package is a deeply restorative nervous system reset, designed to offer respite from the busyness of life and an opportunity for deep relaxation and connection with loved ones.

Allow up to 3.5 hours for the group of 6 booking option, which includes:

• Herbal tea upon arrival
• 15 minutes in the Zero Gravity massage chair
• 20 minutes of salt therapy
• 20 minutes of red light therapy
• 20 minutes of PEMF therapy
• Hypervibe
• Optional cold plunge
• 40 minute infra-red sauna program (your choice of detoxification, relaxation, anti-ageing, weight loss, muscle recovery)
• Outdoor shower
• Remineralising electrolyte shot

You will be guided through each of these therapies on the day of your session (all therapies are optional).

You are welcome to bring your own share plates to enjoy after the session. There is also the option to finish with a bespoke grazing experience. Please let us know if this is something that interests you.

Booking your session:

Our current clinic times for group bookings are Saturday and Sunday afternoons, or Monday and Tuesday daytimes. If you haven't previously discussed your booking, you will be directed to a booking page to select your preferred session time. Please email [email protected] if you'd prefer to confirm the session time prior to purchase.

All further information, including the address and what to expect during your session, will be provided shortly after purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Group bookings are non-refundable, however they can be rescheduled anytime within a 6 month period (current pricing will be honoured). A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule.

2. Individual refunds within the group are not provided, however all places are transferable to other people.

**IMPORTANT:

Some therapies are not suitable if you have epilepsy or any medical implants (cardiac pacemaker / defibrillator, deep brain stimulator, gastric stimulator, insulin pump, foot drop implant, cochlear implant etc).

If you have any of the following, you may need doctors clearance prior to booking:

- Taking multiple prescription medications
- Suffering with severe chronic health condition(s)
- Have a diagnosed cardiovascular / heart condition
- Hyperthyroidism
- Pregnant
