Our men's nights endeavour to provide a space where men can feel safe and welcomed to open up and show themselves exactly as they are, without the fear of being judged.

Many of us feel the need to be truly heard, seen and validated. That our views and our feelings matter. That we matter. We'd like to be accepted and understood exactly as we are, and perhaps we struggle to get this in our day to day lives. If this sounds like something you'd be interested to explore and participate in, consider joining us for our next evening.

If you haven't previously attended any men's circles, our gathering is a great place to start. Our intention is simple and straight forward. Our genuine desire is to create a space where men feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings and have the experience of being accepted and welcomed right where they're at.

About your host, Gibran Selman

I've been on a path of self-discovery since my early teens. I was born in the Dominican Republic to a traditional Catholic family. At around 13 I started exploring other religions and philosophies and so began the journey of a lifetime. 


At the young age of 20 I moved to Australia which opened a great door of possibilities for me to explore. Since, I've studied many healing and therapeutic modalities and have continued to delve deep into spirituality, shamanism, philosophy, music and esotericism.  


During the past few years Life has accelerated my growth process exponentially by placing in my way many unforeseen and at many times seemingly insurmountable challenges that have catapulted me to new depths of peace and understanding.
