Reserve your place in this intimate 5 month experience for Immersion Alumni.

What's included:

• 7 days and 7 nights of private accommodation and use of the property, including living quarters and common areas, beach, pools, gardens and terraces.
• 7 days of consultation with an experienced Ayurvedic Doctor who will create a specific treatment plan, with in-depth consultations on the first and last day. Detailed handouts will advise about how to continue your plan at home. 
• 7 days of 1hr 45 minute 4-handed Ayurvedic face, hair and body treatments using medicinal herbs grown on the property.
• Daily herbal medicines to support your treatment plan and a tailored 'cleanse' day in the middle of your schedule. 
• Fresh, flavourful, farm-to-table meals and condiments, each prepared by a skilled team of chefs on the same day as harvest.
• Unlimited water, freshly squeezed juices and freshly harvested herbal teas available at all times (you will be provided a thermos to carry your dosha-specific medicinal tea with you).
• Two evenings of cultural entertainment, one farm tour and an alfresco Ayurvedic cooking class with the head chef
• Daily yoga classes
• Discounted rate for extending your stay (suggested minimum is 11 days)

• Daily group coaching, circles and intentionally curated experiences with Georgia
• Access to a private community space with Georgia and the other retreat participants four months before the retreat, with monthly calls to allow us to sink further into embodied experience when we are on-site.
• 1 month of follow up support in the community space to allow for integration.
