About Georgia
I'm a culinary-trained nutritionist and my primary passion for many years has been reinventing traditional foods for the modern kitchen.
My views on what nourishment truly entails has changed dramatically over the years. My formal nutrition training was exceptionally misleading and it's only in recent years that I have been able to dissolve what I hope are the last remnants of this cult-like conditioning and establish a deep understanding of forgotten universal truths. I am excited to share what I have learned with you.
Meet your co-host, Danielle
I love to cook and I love to eat. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had a Chinese grandmother who also loved cook, and she was my first teacher. While I experienced eating traditional food first hand, I grew up in New York - far removed from the traditional culture she grew up in. As a result, I had to rediscover this way of life as an adult.
The information in What To Eat has changed my life and I'm so thrilled to support you, as you integrate these nourishing changes.
