Upcoming Workshops
Rekindle Nonna's know-how
Keen to nourish your family on a budget?
Our Grandmothers intuitively knew how to nourish, rather than merely feed their families - even on a shoestring.
And most importantly, the act of cooking nourished THEM as well.
It needn't be stressful, overwhelming or boring. Often all you need is a little inspiration.
I'd love to show you how quick, easy, fun and delicious traditional cooking can be... so your children can learn these important life skills by osmosis!
The village is BACK!
In every traditional culture, women connected and exchanged wisdom DAILY around food.
If you're craving this, it's for good reason... and you're not alone.
I warmly invite you to my cosy cottage kitchen to rekindle these empowering skills, as we chat, eat, laugh and learn together.
You'll leave with your cup overflowing, inspired to make a small change in your own kitchen.
I look forward to seeing you soon! x

Please note:
For better or worse, I am a person who enjoys phases.
Whilst I am currently experiencing a renewed love of teaching food workshops... this era may be fleeting!
If you see a class you love, be sure to book, as it may not be offered again.
