What makes the program unique?


The program is different from many others because it's not a quick-fix. It's a distilled version of my years and years of food and nutrition studies (read: obsession!), which took me to 3 different continents and introduced me to many wonderful mentors. I made plenty of mistakes along my health journey (think weird and radical diets) and my aim is to prevent you having to take the long way around.

This teaser is designed to give you an idea of how the program is structured, so that you get a sense for how well-rounded and immersive the experience will be!

We have a whole range of expert interviews, like the one with butcher Dave in Sample 1. Then there's the recipe videos from my kitchen and our guests, teaching you step by step how to master forgotten techniques of yesteryear. And then there's the main theory component of the program, which is in slideshow format. This is where you'll learn more about what to eat and why.

Sample 1: Expert Interview

 This is a short snippet of butcher Dave from Shiralee Meats as he discusses meat quality and what to look for. There's plenty more from him and many other experts, inside the program.

 

Sample 2: Recipe Video

This is a short video from the 'micronutrients' module. Organ meats are the most nutrient dense foods (by a country mile) and most people are fairly apprehensive about incorporating them into family meals. All the recipe videos in the program focus on the techniques and ideas you're less likely to find in mainstream resources, such as fermenting, cooking with offal, rendering fats to save money and so forth. 

 

Sample 3: Theory Video

This is a short snippet to help paint a picture of how the theory content of the program is delivered. It's taken from module 1, which you might notice has virtually nothing to do with 'what to eat' and focuses instead on the mind-body connection and other equally important aspects of health. We dive into the topic of food in week 2.
