Now? It revolves around DEEP REST, remembrance and coming HOME to your body.

Everything, from the exquisite new grounding ritual offered the moment you walk in, to the plush new daybed bathed in dappled light under the canopy of trees, to my favourite sugar scrub, handmade especially for your final rinse in the outdoor shower, and of course, the homemade refreshments, made with love...

they're all designed to help you delight in the sensual pleasure of simply BEING, again. 

After a year of working solely in the online world, I've missed this for myself and even more importantly, I've missed providing a space for others to RECEIVE it. 

I found myself yearning to nurture in this way again... and so I am back - more inspired than ever, to offer what I know we all need.

My name is Georgia and I'm a culinary-trained nutritionist, wellness columnist and have been an avid 'biohacker' long before the term was ever invented.

I had an infra-red sauna in my living room over 20 years ago and even invented my own rustic red light contraption, because until 7 years ago, there was nothing available here in Australia!

This retreat space and all the magic happening within its four walls is a lifelong dream of mine. It pulls together some of my greatest passions, which have seen me working as a beauty therapist and health coach for celebrity clientele.

If I reduce my various lifelong obsessions (food, cooking, biohacking, beauty therapy, nervous system health) down to a single overarching theme, it appears I've been on a quest to discover the easiest, most effective and accessible ways to look and feel good.

My unique expertise now revolves around the intimate connection between vibrant health and radiant beauty.

Ultimately, radiance refers to ENERGY. My passion is to help you build yours, at the cellular level, as you rekindle a lust for life which you may have lost touch with.
