Retreat sessions
Our 3hr packages are thoughtfully designed to create the deepest state of relaxation possible... a true recalibration.
We start with a 1.5 hour 'Rest & Relaxation' phase, which involves a slow, intentional ritual to help you unplug from the outside world and sink in to a deeper state of rest with our indoor therapies.
Then we move outside for our energising 'Rejuvenation' phase to bring you back to life. You're guaranteed to slip back into the world completely refreshed and glowing from head to toe!
A typical session begins...
With a hypnotic grounding ritual, to reconnect you with your body, via your five senses.
This is followed by 3 relaxing sessions - your choice of salt therapy, red light therapy, full-body PEMF and our Deluxe Zero Gravity massage chair.
Next you'll move outside to the tranquil garden oasis to enjoy an invigorating Hypervibe session and full-spectrum infrared sauna with optional cold plunge or ice bucket... and perhaps a restful recline on our plush daybed as you sample some of our gourmet refreshments!
Then you'll rinse and rehydrate with an outdoor shower beneath a canopy of trees and a delicious herb-infused electrolyte shot.
All up, the experience takes around 3 hours and you will float home in a profound state of calm.
