Learn how to nourish your family on a budget

Our Grandmothers intuitively knew...

How to nourish, rather than merely feed their families - even on a shoestring.

And most importantly, the act of cooking nourished THEM, too.

Cooking needn't be stressful, overwhelming or boring. Often all you need is a little inspiration.

I'd love to show you how quick, easy, fun and delicious traditional cooking can be... so your children can thrive and learn these important life skills by osmosis!

In every traditional culture

Women connected and exchanged wisdom DAILY around food.

If you're missing that connection and inspiration... you're not alone.

I warmly invite you to my cosy cottage kitchen to rekindle these empowering skills, as we chat, eat, laugh and learn together.

You'll leave with your cup overflowing, inspired to make a small change in your own kitchen.

I look forward to seeing you soon! x
